They traveled from Germany to England, to Rotterdam Holland, to Pennsylvania. Finally they settled in Virginia where the tree was planted, and now the roots finally take hold. After the Civil War the first family of the 6th generation (James & Mildred Wall) moved to Missouri where the tree continues to grow.
